At a meeting of the Board of Directors on June 12, 2010 a vote was taken to dissolve our 501(c)3. The motion to dissolve passed. Therefore, effective June 12, the NEHTA is no longer accepting membership applications/renewals. NEHTA will continue to function in its’ current capacity until such time as the State of Massachusetts approves our Application for Dissolution.
